Lohnbuchhalter / Personalsachbearbeiter (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential client in the logistics sector based in Kist, Germany. This combined payroll and HR administration role offers the opportunity to manage the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring accurate monthly payroll processing.

Payroll & Compensation:

• Prepare and process monthly payroll for all employees
• Execute salary and wage payments
• Maintain and update employee master data
• Process employee onboarding, exits, contract modifications, and personnel changes
• Manage absence tracking, vacation records, and sick leave documentation
• Communicate with health insurance providers, government authorities, and external agencies
• Create and process official notifications and certificates
• Serve as primary point of contact for employees regarding payroll inquiries

Human Resources Administration:

• Support employees with all HR-related matters
• Draft employment contracts, certificates, and personnel documents
• Assist with recruitment activities and candidate interviews
• Create and publish job advertisements
• Coordinate the complete employee journey from hiring through separation
• Maintain organized personnel files
• Provide support on employment law and organizational HR topics
• Handle general administrative tasks within the HR function

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in payroll processing and human resources administration
• Completed commercial training as a personnel specialist (Personalfachkauffrau), payroll accountant (Lohnbuchhalterin), tax clerk (Steuerfachangestellte), or comparable qualification
• Strong knowledge of German social security law and payroll tax regulations
• Proficiency with MS Office applications
• Careful, structured, and reliable work approach
• Discretion and responsibility when handling confidential personnel data
• Independent working style with genuine interest in supporting people
• Team-oriented with a friendly and professional demeanor
• German language fluency required for this role

The position is available in either full-time or part-time capacity based on your availability.
