B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential B2B services organization with clients throughout the United States. They're seeking a confident communicator to join their sales development function as a B2B Cold Caller and Appointment Setter, working remotely from the Philippines.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates, career changers, or motivated professionals with strong communication skills who want to build experience in business development. Previous cold-calling experience is helpful but not required—we prioritize communication ability, coachability, and a genuine interest in learning.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to marketing executives and business decision-makers across the United States
• Engage with senior stakeholders including Marketing Directors, CMOs, Digital Marketing Managers, Growth Marketing Managers, and business owners
• Introduce services in a clear, professional, and conversational manner
• Build rapport and ask thoughtful qualifying questions to identify prospective clients who fit the ideal customer profile
• Respond professionally to common objections while maintaining a positive customer experience
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team with accurate calendar coordination
• Maintain accurate CRM records including call outcomes, notes, and follow-up activities
• Participate in call reviews, role-play sessions, and ongoing coaching to continuously strengthen sales skills

• Natural communication style—ability to follow a structured sales process while sounding authentic rather than scripted

Preferred Background:

• Previous experience in cold calling, telesales, appointment setting, customer service, or B2B sales is helpful but not required
• Background in marketing is a plus
