Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm seeking a working student (Werkstudent:in) to support data privacy and information security projects. You'll gain hands-on experience working across multiple client environments while continuing your studies.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting client projects and internal data privacy initiatives, including advising on GDPR, BDSG, and sector-specific compliance requirements
• Assisting with audits, assessments, and data protection impact analyses
• Evaluating technical and organizational measures (TOM) for personal data protection
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of data privacy frameworks, policies, and training materials
• Supporting employee and client training sessions, including preparation of e-learning content
• Researching and summarizing current legal developments, regulatory guidance, and relevant case law

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a student currently enrolled in IT law, computer science, business informatics, law, business administration, or a comparable field with interest in consulting.

Required qualifications:

• Active enrollment in a relevant degree program
• Analytical thinking and structured work approach
• Fluent German (C2 level) with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with standard IT systems and office applications
• Customer-oriented mindset and collaborative attitude
• Driver's license for occasional travel

Preferred qualifications:

• Basic knowledge of data privacy law (GDPR, BDSG) or data protection technology
• English language skills
• Familiarity with ISO 2700x information security management systems
