Servicetechniker (m/w/d) für Brandmeldeanlagen (BMA)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential security technology organization that is building a new team in Erfurt. Our client needs a skilled service technician to handle fire alarm systems (BMA) across diverse projects.

In this role, you will work independently on:

• Installation, programming, and commissioning of fire alarm systems
• Creating and maintaining technical documentation including wiring diagrams, connection records, site sketches, and quality management documentation
• Conducting measurements and testing procedures with detailed protocol creation
• Performing maintenance, service, troubleshooting, and repairs on existing systems with comprehensive documentation
• Communicating directly with clients, coordinating with suppliers, and conducting on-site, phone, or remote training sessions
• Gathering customer feedback on service extensions, satisfaction, and requirements
• Collaborating with project managers on billing and contract matters
• Participating in on-call rotation

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Completed vocational training in electrical engineering, information and communication technology, or comparable fields (e.g., electronics technician for building systems, systems electronics, information electronics, or IT specialist for system integration)
• Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering, security technology, or IT systems
• Hands-on experience with installation, service, commissioning, and maintenance of fire alarm systems (BMA)
• Knowledge of relevant standards and procedures (DIN, VDE, VdS)
• Basic understanding of business administration, IT systems, and software
• Independent, structured, and solution-oriented work style
• High reliability, commitment, and strong work ethic
• Excellent communication skills, team player mentality, and customer focus
• Professional, dependable, and friendly demeanor
• Fluent German language skills (C1 level)
• Valid driver's license (Class B)
