Werkstudent*in Community Management (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a working student for community management. In this role, you will:

• Manage online communities across multiple client channels and social media platforms
• Engage with community members by responding to questions and comments with professionalism and empathy
• Serve as a liaison between the organization and its social media audiences
• Support the editorial team during crisis situations and help manage challenging interactions
• Research background information, verify facts, and provide clarifications to the community
• Collaborate closely with social media teams to deliver community insights for content creation
• Create original texts and concepts for social media posts and contribute to content ideation

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in humanities, media studies, communications, or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English
• Strong writing ability with an ear for appropriate tone and style
• Deep familiarity with social media platforms and current digital trends
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage stress
• Reliable, precise, and capable of working independently
• Strong research skills with the ability to identify credible sources
• Team-oriented mindset with ideally some prior community management experience
• Proficiency with Adobe and MS Office applications
• High quality standards and attention to detail
