About This Opportunity

We are representing a well-established construction organization in München that specializes in demanding infrastructure and civil engineering projects. Our talent team is seeking a (Senior) Construction Site Manager (m/w/d) for civil engineering projects to lead complex builds with autonomy and impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage challenging civil engineering projects from start to completion
• Coordinate and supervise site personnel, subcontractors, and project stakeholders
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle
• Organize and monitor all on-site construction activities and workflows
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, planners, and internal departments during project execution

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction site management, ideally in civil engineering
• Strong knowledge of construction project execution and site organization
• Entrepreneurial mindset with pronounced cost and quality awareness
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented working style
