We are representing a well-established construction company in München that delivers complex structural building projects. Our client offers modern organizational structures, short decision-making paths, and a strong project pipeline. We are seeking an experienced (Senior) Construction Manager to lead high-profile building projects with significant autonomy and responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage and oversee demanding structural construction projects from execution through completion
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and all project stakeholders on site
• Ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and quality standards throughout project lifecycle
• Monitor construction progress and organize efficient site operations
• Maintain regular coordination with clients, architects, specialist planners, and internal project teams

What We're Looking For

• Completed degree in civil engineering, architecture, or comparable technical qualification
• Several years of professional experience in construction management within structural/building construction
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling and project execution processes
• Responsible, structured, and solution-oriented working approach
• Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and genuine enjoyment of collaborative teamwork
• German language proficiency required for this Munich-based role
