We are representing a confidential tech company in their search for a working student to focus on automation, AI, and process management. This remote or Karlsruhe-based position offers you the chance to work on smart workflows, intelligent automation solutions, and AI-driven optimizations that streamline day-to-day operations across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and optimize processes across various teams and projects
• Develop and implement AI-supported automation solutions
• Collaborate with product, development, and operations teams to understand requirements and deliver effective workflows
• Create, document, and test new automated workflows
• Contribute ideas and actively shape working methods and process improvements
• Work with no-code/low-code automation platforms and potentially RPA tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a comparable degree program with at least 1.5 years remaining
• Minimum 1 year of relevant professional experience as a working student in related fields
• Genuine enthusiasm for AI, automation, and process management
• Ideally, initial experience with AI applications, no-code/low-code automation tools (such as n8n or Zapier), RPA tools, or programming
• Strong analytical thinking skills and passion for workflow optimization
• Self-directed and structured work approach
• German language skills at C2 level and English at B2 level
