Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential digital health organization seeking a working student to support review management and feedback analysis. In this role, you will:

• Monitor and review user feedback and app store reviews for digital health products, categorizing comments by theme, sentiment, and user concerns while identifying patterns and emerging issues
• Draft, review, and finalize responses to user reviews following established communication guidelines—ensuring replies are respectful, clear, and audience-appropriate
• Prepare regular summaries, tables, and reports documenting key insights from feedback analysis for use by communications, support, and product development teams
• With growing experience, help refine response templates, categorization frameworks, evaluation logic, and review management workflows
• Propose ways to leverage digital tools and AI for categorization, draft responses, summaries, and reporting, while carefully validating outputs for quality and clarity

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled university student (third semester or beyond) in communications, media studies, social sciences, business, psychology, digital health, or a comparable field
• Excellent German writing skills with strong intuition for tone, style, and audience-appropriate communication
• Structured, detail-oriented, and independent working style combining strong communication abilities with analytical thinking—you can not only respond to feedback but also evaluate, synthesize, and present insights clearly
• Good Excel skills for data organization and analysis
• Technically curious mindset with willingness to learn new tools and interest in practical AI and automation applications
• Ideally, some prior experience in communications, customer service, community management, or work with digital products
• Strong language intuition and analytical thinking are most important—you don't need to check every box

Pay

This is a working student position offering approximately 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies. The role is based in Berlin with hybrid work options and one monthly in-person team day. Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process.
