Logistics Manager – Retail & D2C (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a fast-growing consumer brand in Berlin that is scaling across both direct-to-consumer and retail channels throughout Europe. They are searching for a Logistics Manager to own retail fulfillment operations while supporting D2C logistics in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

This is a highly operational, hands-on role where you will ensure retail orders are prepared completely and delivered on time, manage third-party logistics partnerships, and drive continuous improvement across omnichannel fulfillment operations.

Responsibilities

• Take end-to-end ownership of retail order preparation and on-time-in-full (OTIF) delivery performance
• Coordinate display assembly, capacity planning, timelines, and escalations for retail partners
• Support reliable D2C order fulfillment, inventory flow, replenishment, and delivery performance
• Monitor operational issues and coordinate quick resolutions with fulfillment partners and internal teams
• Act as operational contact for 3PL fulfillment partners across retail and D2C operations
• Ensure SLA adherence and daily operational stability; escalate and resolve deviations in speed, accuracy, or cost efficiency
• Track retail and D2C logistics KPIs and translate partner reports into actionable insights
• Maintain clear SOPs, documentation, and performance reporting for internal stakeholders
• Serve as communication bridge between Logistics, Inside Sales, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, Supply Chain, and external partners
• Lead root-cause investigations and coordinate resolutions to protect customer experience
• Identify efficiency and cost-reduction opportunities across recurring logistics workflows
• Help build scalable logistics playbooks for omnichannel growth

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience taking full end-to-end responsibility for retail order readiness and OTIF performance
• Track record managing 3PL fulfillment partners operationally, holding them to SLAs and resolving deviations quickly
• Strong cross-functional coordination skills across Logistics, Retail, E-Commerce, Customer Service, and Supply Chain
• Analytical mindset with ability to turn partner reports and dashboards into actionable insights
• Experience spotting operational risks and recurring issues early
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Fluency in both English and German required
• Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin
