Werkstudent Strategie & Business Development (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthtech organization in Berlin that is developing innovative telemedical services and digital health solutions. They are seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to join their strategy and business development team and play a central role in venture development within the preventive healthcare space.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with entrepreneurial spirit who wants hands-on experience building new business models in a dynamic digital health environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market, competitive, and potential analyses as well as literature and desk research to identify new growth opportunities and derive strategic recommendations
• Support the development and validation of new business models and accompany their advancement through to implementation
• Build strategic partnerships and systematically develop collaborations with external stakeholders
• Prepare concepts, business cases, and decision documents for internal and external stakeholders in a clear and persuasive manner
• Analyze processes, structure requirements, and independently manage projects to continuously develop digital healthcare offerings

• Strong entrepreneurial mindset with self-motivation, proactive work style, willingness to take ownership, creative thinking, and readiness to go the extra mile
• Analytical and problem-solving orientation with ability to work through complex questions systematically, prepare KPIs and business cases, and derive sound recommendations
• Independent and structured working style with ability to maintain overview despite uncertainty, changing priorities, or multiple parallel workstreams
• Quick information processing skills with ability to critically assess new information and prepare it appropriately for different audiences; clear communication and collaborative team approach with openness to feedback
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and foundational Excel skills for data analysis and preparation
• Genuine interest in the healthcare market, digital innovation, and healthtech with desire to actively shape tomorrow's healthcare delivery
• Ideally, initial practical experience in business development, venture development, healthtech, or comparable dynamic environment
• Excellent German and English language skills, both written and spoken
• Currently enrolled as a student (required for Werkstudent status in Germany)
