Produktionstechniker in der Pharmaindustrie (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Leipzig seeking a Production Technician to join their operations team. In this role, you will:

• Operate and maintain various packaging lines and equipment for solid, semi-solid, and liquid products
• Set up, configure, and run production equipment according to specifications
• Plan and execute maintenance, repair, and preventive maintenance activities
• Identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve technical malfunctions
• Complete technical production documentation in compliance with GMP regulations
• Ensure strict adherence to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements
• Participate in process optimization initiatives
• Support planning and execution of equipment qualification activities
• Contribute to project work and cross-functional initiatives
• Assist with production line validations and release processes

What We're Looking For

• Completed technical vocational training, preferably as Plant Mechanic, Mechatronics Technician, Industrial Mechanic, or Machine and Equipment Operator
• Hands-on experience working with technical equipment, particularly packaging systems
• Knowledge of electrical engineering and electronics
• Experience in pharmaceutical production is desirable
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Reliable, independent, and goal-oriented working style
• Flexibility, team orientation, and ability to handle conflicts constructively
• Willingness to work in shift system, primarily 2-shift rotation (Monday through Friday)
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
