Werkstudent (m/w/d) – Marktanalyse & Vertriebskonzeption im Bereich Biologische Landwirtschaft 

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential agricultural organization in Dresden seeking a working student to support market analysis and commercial strategy development. In this role, you will:

• Support the development of a sustainable operational and sales concept for an organic farming operation
• Conduct regional market and competitive analyses in the organic agriculture sector, including cattle farming and dairy products
• Analyze regional market participants and their distribution and marketing structures
• Research and identify sales opportunities, market potential, trends, and attractive niche markets
• Analyze and compare distribution and marketing costs
• Establish contact and exchange information with producers, marketers, and other external sources

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking a candidate who brings:

• Ongoing studies in agricultural economics, business administration, marketing, or a comparable field
• Practical experience in agriculture and/or on a family farm; understanding of agricultural processes and animal husbandry is advantageous
• Passion for organic farming, high-quality food products, and sustainable marketing concepts
• Analytical thinking and enthusiasm for researching and evaluating complex topics
• Strong marketing knowledge, particularly in sales and marketing strategies
• Independent and structured working style
• Creativity and ability to think outside the box and develop unconventional solution approaches
• Proficient use of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
• German language skills at native level (C2 according to CEFR)
