Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential communications agency in Berlin seeking a working student (Werkstudent*in) for post-production and editing. In this role, you will support the video team across all post-production tasks, including editing, color correction, audio processing, and final preparation of video content for social media, campaigns, and internal projects. You'll assist with shoot days, organize raw footage, and contribute to storyboard development. The content varies from short clips for TikTok and Instagram to image films and animated explainer videos covering political and societal topics.
This is a hands-on learning opportunity where you'll work alongside an experienced team while building practical skills in a professional agency environment. The focus is on post-production and editing, with room to explore AI tools and expand your software capabilities.
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program related to video production or a related field
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere; working knowledge of After Effects
- Additional software skills you can demonstrate
- Camera skills are a plus but not required
- Ability to work independently and contribute creative ideas
- Detail-oriented approach to final reviews and deliverables
- Interest in political and societal content, with the ability to make complex topics accessible
- Availability for approximately 20 hours per week in Berlin Kreuzberg
- Ideally enrolled for at least one more year
- German language skills required for this role
