Growth & Lead-Ops Operator — Pre-Launch Fintech

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization preparing for market launch. They need a Growth & Lead-Ops Operator to own their verified-lead funnel from day one through a critical launch window. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role—you'll personally run the funnel and own the performance metrics, not advise from the sidelines.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete inbound verified-lead flow—from purchased or partner credit-bureau leads through to verified sign-ups
• Select lead sources, design and execute creative tests, and build attribution infrastructure from the ground up
• Drive continuous improvement in cost-per-result metrics through disciplined testing and optimization
• Operate the funnel through a fixed soft launch (October 1) with ramp through March 31
• Identify and recommend lead segments for testing in partnership with data leadership
• Launch, measure, and iterate campaign tests based on real-time performance data

What We're Looking For

• Direct, personal ownership of a lead or performance funnel with accountability to specific targets—not team oversight or advisory experience
• Hands-on experience in fintech, lending, mortgage, or financial-services lead generation (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to operate within regulated-marketing environments and compliance constraints
• Deep fluency in attribution models and unit economics: CAC, cost-per-lead, cost-per-acquisition, conversion rates, and funnel yield
• Ability to start immediately and operate independently with minimal direction
• Track record of selecting sources, running tests, and scaling cost-per-result yourself—not through a team
• Preference for execution over strategy development; comfortable owning a live funnel against a hard launch date
