CEO, AI Finance

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential technology organization building AI-native consumer applications. They are seeking a CEO, AI Finance to lead and build an entirely new business vertical focused on reimagining how everyday users manage their financial lives through intelligent, proactive experiences.

This is a rare opportunity to define strategy, own full P&L, and build from the ground up—leading product vision, team formation, and market expansion for an AI-first finance platform.

Responsibilities

• Define the AI Finance product strategy, roadmap, and business model from concept to scale
• Identify financial workflows where AI can materially improve user experience, cost, or speed
• Build AI-native financial products across spending, saving, investing, and everyday financial needs
• Own full P&L including customer growth, revenue, unit economics, and operating performance
• Partner closely with product, engineering, and AI teams on product capabilities and user experience design
• Build and lead the core team across product, technology, operations, and commercial functions
• Drive expansion into new financial products and markets as the business scales

What We're Looking For

• Strong experience building consumer fintech, financial services, or technology products
• Direct ownership of a meaningful product, business unit, or P&L in a prior role
• Deep understanding of consumer finance, business models, and unit economics
• Strong product judgment and vision for how AI can transform existing financial workflows
• Proven experience building products and teams in high-growth technology environments
• Hands-on operating style—able to work directly through product development, AI capabilities, economics, and customer problems
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from zero to one
