About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization building AI-native applications for everyday financial management. Our client is creating a new digital banking experience that fundamentally rethinks how consumers interact with money through intelligent automation and proactive assistance.

We're seeking an exceptional CEO for their AI Neobank initiative to build and own this business from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to define and launch a banking product where artificial intelligence is core to every customer interaction, transaction, and financial decision.

This role is fully remote and reports directly to the founding leadership team.

Responsibilities

• Define the complete AI-native banking proposition, including product roadmap, business model, and go-to-market strategy
• Build intelligent experiences across core banking functions: accounts, cards, payments, savings, and comprehensive money management
• Deploy AI to automate financial decisions, streamline customer workflows, and transform servicing capabilities
• Own full P&L accountability including customer acquisition, deposit growth, revenue targets, unit economics, and operating cost management
• Collaborate intensively with product, engineering, and AI teams to design, build, and ship the platform
• Recruit and lead the core team while establishing necessary banking, technology, and operational infrastructure
• Establish banking partnerships, ensure regulatory compliance and readiness, and drive market expansion initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Extensive experience in digital banking, neobanks, or consumer fintech with demonstrated impact
• Direct ownership history of a significant banking product, business unit, or P&L responsibility
• Deep understanding of banking product mechanics, unit economics, operations, and regulatory requirements
• Strong product instincts with ability to identify where AI creates materially superior banking experiences versus traditional approaches
• Proven track record building and scaling technology products and high-performing teams
• Hands-on operational capability—comfortable working directly through product flows, financial models, customer friction points, and day-to-day execution
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort operating in ambiguity and building from zero to one
