About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology organization in their search for a Chief Financial Officer. This remote role offers the opportunity to shape financial strategy and performance across a growing portfolio of operations. Our client is building AI-native applications with a focus on reliability and real-world task completion.
Responsibilities
As Chief Financial Officer, you will:
- Own group-level P&L, balance sheet, cash flow, budgeting and financial planning processes
- Build and maintain financial models for existing businesses, new products, market expansion initiatives and investment opportunities
- Review and optimize revenue, costs, margins, unit economics and cash requirements across business units
- Drive capital allocation decisions based on business performance metrics and expected returns
- Oversee treasury operations, tax planning, audit processes, internal controls and financial reporting across group entities
- Lead financing activities, investments, acquisitions and other strategic transactions as needed
- Build scalable finance systems and teams capable of supporting expansion into additional businesses and markets
What We're Looking For
- Senior-level finance experience in technology, fintech, internet or another high-growth sector
- Strong background across corporate finance, FP&A and business finance functions
- Deep understanding of P&L management, cash flow analysis, unit economics and capital allocation frameworks
- Demonstrated ability to personally build and challenge complex financial models
- Experience operating across multiple business units, legal entities or international markets
- Hands-on operating style with willingness to work directly through models, forecasts and complex financial challenges
