We are representing a confidential autism services organization seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in a center-based setting. This role offers strong clinical support, manageable caseloads, and a clear path for professional development—all while allowing you to focus on what matters most: making a meaningful difference in the lives of children and their families.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality clinical oversight for center-based ABA services
• Provide coaching, supervision, and support to Behavior Technicians
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized behavior plans following ABA principles
• Conduct family training sessions to reinforce strategies and promote consistency across settings
• Maintain clinical excellence through regular supervision and data-driven decision-making
• Utilize proprietary technology platforms for programming, documentation, and progress monitoring
• Support implementation of Practical Functional Assessment and Skills-Based Treatment approaches

What We're Looking For

• Current BCBA certification in good standing
• Experience delivering ABA therapy and supervising behavior technicians
• Strong commitment to assent-based care and evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication skills for working with families and clinical teams
• Ability to manage caseloads effectively and work independently
• Passion for mentoring emerging clinicians and contributing to team development
