Responsibilities

We are representing a leading communications agency in Berlin seeking a Senior Print Project Manager. In this role, you will:

• Lead cross-functional project planning and execution for print campaigns
• Manage and coordinate internal teams throughout the production lifecycle
• Serve as primary client contact for print projects
• Collaborate closely with editorial and creative departments
• Oversee editorial print operations and workflow
• Coordinate internal and external production processes
• Handle resource allocation and capacity planning
• Develop project briefs, timelines, and budget estimates

What We're Looking For

• 5–7 years of experience in print project management
• Structured, organized working style
• Proactive, hands-on mentality
• Strong team collaboration skills
• Deep affinity for print and magazine production
• Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus
• German language proficiency required for this Berlin-based role
