About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential cleantech organization in München that is building innovative home energy management solutions. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own their B2C home energy solution throughout the entire product lifecycle. This is a chance to shape emission-free energy and mobility products while working with cutting-edge technology in a rapidly growing market.
Responsibilities
- Manage the smart charging product and home energy solution across the complete product lifecycle, from concept through launch and ongoing operations
- Conduct customer research to uncover needs and design solutions that resonate with end users
- Define product strategy to expand addressable markets and support potential geographic expansion
- Coordinate all launch activities and ensure transparent communication with partners and internal teams
- Collaborate with home energy management integration partners, with initial focus on the German market
- Work cross-functionally with technology, energy supply, and hardware teams to deliver seamless end-to-end user experiences
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding home energy solutions
- Monitor product financial performance and adjust roadmaps and planning accordingly
- Track market developments, regulatory changes, competition, and trends in e-mobility and energy sectors
What We're Looking For
- Minimum three years of experience as a Product Manager or Product Owner
- Prior work experience in the energy industry, preferably managing B2C energy products
- Background in home energy management, energy sector, or electric mobility
- Comfort working in fast-paced, evolving environments and creating new products from scratch
- Ability to maintain strategic perspective while managing competing priorities
- Strong stakeholder management skills with both internal and external parties
- Team player who thrives in cross-functional environments with a hands-on approach
- Fluent in both German and English
- Based in or willing to relocate to München
