About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software organization in München that is looking for a Werkstudent (m/w/d) to support their marketing operations team. Our client provides field service management solutions and is part of a larger European technology group with over 350 employees across multiple locations.

In this role, you will work closely with an experienced marketing team to optimize automation workflows, CRM processes, and content marketing initiatives. This is an excellent opportunity for students seeking practical experience in marketing technology, data management, and digital marketing operations.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of automated marketing flows and email campaigns within marketing automation tools
• Maintain and update CRM systems with high-quality, accurate contact data
• Manage lead uploads and ensure new contacts are properly integrated into existing systems
• Assist in improving marketing reporting processes and data quality
• Collaborate with the content marketing team on various projects, topics, and content formats
• Help optimize operational marketing processes on an ongoing basis

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's program in business administration, business informatics, communications, or a comparable field, ideally in an advanced semester
• Ideally some experience with Microsoft Dynamics or another CRM platform, gained through internships or projects
• Strong interest in data-related topics and motivation to learn new tools and processes
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with a proactive approach to tasks
• German and English language skills at C1 level, both written and spoken
• Availability for approximately 15 hours per week, with flexible scheduling to accommodate your studies
