About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential software company in Hamburg that is seeking apprentices for a Fachinformatiker für Systemintegration (IT Systems Integration Specialist) training program. Our client develops specialized solutions for the logistics sector, supporting both internal operations and customer-facing technology deployments.

This apprenticeship offers hands-on experience across the full IT spectrum—from infrastructure and support to cloud systems and mobile device management. You'll work in a modern Microsoft environment while gaining exposure to databases, mail servers, and industry-specific applications deployed on thousands of devices.

Your Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain internal IT systems within a Microsoft-based environment
• Provide first-line technical support to users via phone and remote assistance
• Set up and configure applications, databases, and mail server solutions
• Work with both cloud-based systems and customer-hosted server infrastructure
• Learn how software interfaces function and how systems are kept current and secure
• Support mobile deployments across smartphones, tablets, and specialized devices
• Gain exposure to consulting, project management, programming, installation, and maintenance workflows

What We're Looking For

• Completed secondary education (Schulabschluss), ideally with strong marks in mathematics and/or computer science
• Some initial experience or knowledge of IT fundamentals, networks, or operating systems
• Familiarity with Microsoft technologies is a plus
• Independent, goal-oriented working style with interest in both internal IT and customer support
• Strong communication skills and genuine curiosity for technology
• Team-oriented mindset and enthusiasm for learning in a collaborative environment
• German language proficiency required for this role
