Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential facility management organization seeking a working student for project and account management in Essen. In this role, you will:

• Maintain precise data management by accurately capturing and managing client data in modern systems
• Prepare quotes and invoices while proactively tracking all proposals and billing documents to ensure efficient follow-through
• Support internal projects with a focus on digitalization initiatives, contributing fresh ideas and helping implement innovative solutions
• Coordinate scheduling for service orders and measures, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of all steps
• Manage existing client relationships by analyzing their needs and developing tailored solutions to ensure satisfaction
• Handle general office tasks and contribute to smooth office operations

What We're Looking For

• Excellent German language skills at C2 level (required)
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken (preferred)
• Solid proficiency in MS Office applications for efficient task completion and professional presentations
• Strong customer and service orientation with the ability to create positive, trustworthy client relationships
• Self-directed work style with effective time management skills
• Meticulous attention to detail combined with strong organizational abilities
• Team player mentality with demonstrated reliability
• Current enrollment as a student (working student position)
