We are representing a confidential construction and real estate organization based in Hamburg that is seeking a working student to support their Project Management Office. This role offers hands-on experience with transformation, digitalization, and AI initiatives within a growing industry leader.

Responsibilities

• Support the PMO team with transformation, digitalization, and AI projects while gaining exposure to strategic company initiatives
• Participate in analyzing existing business processes and help identify opportunities for digitalization and automation
• Research emerging digital technologies, tools, and AI applications, assisting with their evaluation and implementation
• Create reports, presentations, and project documentation to support project management activities
• Help capture and prepare project metrics while monitoring time, quality, and budget objectives
• Contribute to the ongoing development of project management standards, methodologies, and tools

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Project Management, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
• Strong interest in project management, digital transformation, and innovative technologies, particularly in AI
• Enthusiasm for analyzing complex topics and developing solutions
• Ideally, some practical experience through internships, working student positions, or university projects
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications; familiarity with Microsoft Planner, Power BI, MS Project, or similar tools is a plus
• Strong initiative, team spirit, and open communication style
• German language proficiency required for this Hamburg-based role
