About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech client seeking a reliable and organized Working Student to support their marketing team in Munich. This hands-on role focuses on event preparation, execution, and follow-up, providing essential operational and administrative support that ensures professional events run smoothly. You'll gain practical experience in event management while supporting day-to-day marketing operations in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, organize, pack, and ship event materials to various locations
• Order and manage inventory of giveaways, equipment, and event supplies
• Maintain comprehensive records and inventories of all event materials
• Provide on-site support during events as needed
• Create and manage events within internal systems
• Maintain accurate event, participant, and CRM databases
• Support participant management from initial registration through post-event follow-up
• Handle organizational preparation and wrap-up tasks for events
• Maintain checklists, process documentation, and operational overviews
• Provide general administrative support to the event and marketing teams

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled at a university
• Strong interest in event management, marketing, or organizational tasks
• Careful, reliable, and structured working style
• Hands-on attitude and willingness to handle practical tasks including materials preparation, shipping, and inventory management
• Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and maintain oversight
• Clear and reliable communication skills
• Confident with common digital tools and able to learn new systems quickly
• Very good German language skills required
• Good English language skills required
