Working Student IT Strategy & Governance (all genders)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential consumer electronics organization in Berlin seeking a Working Student for IT Strategy & Governance. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated student to gain hands-on experience supporting IT strategy, enterprise architecture, and governance initiatives in a fast-growing international environment.

You'll work closely with enterprise architects, IT governance analysts, and security managers to help define IT standards and frameworks that enable the organization to deliver secure, stable products to a global customer base.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate system landscapes for strategic alignment and fitness
• Support strategic IT projects including master data management, licensing systems, and e-commerce platforms
• Maintain enterprise architecture documentation in LeanIX
• Pre-qualify new software requests and advise cross-functional stakeholders across IT, data/AI, procurement, and legal teams
• Maintain the application portfolio including system ownership, CIA scoring, costs, and usage metrics
• Support software license renewal planning processes
• Develop and iterate IT security online training modules for employees
• Assist with ISO 27001, ITIL, and general compliance initiatives

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business informatics, computer science, information management, or related field
• Strong interest in IT architecture, enterprise security, and governance standards
• Thoughtful approach to modern tools with a "Think First, AI Second" mindset
• Familiarity with common productivity suites (Google Workspace or Microsoft 365)
• Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented working style with willingness to take ownership of assigned tasks
• Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Fluent German required; English is a plus
