About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential healthcare IT organization seeking a working student to support their digital medication management solutions. This role offers pharmacy and medical students a unique opportunity to apply clinical knowledge in a digital health environment while contributing to patient safety initiatives across hospital settings.

The position is remote-friendly and can be performed from anywhere in Germany, offering flexibility for students balancing academic commitments with practical healthcare IT experience.

Responsibilities

• Support product management in developing digital medication management software solutions
• Research medical and pharmaceutical topics, preparing findings for product concepts and technical decisions
• Analyze requirements from clinical settings and assist with evaluating new features
• Contribute to creating technical concepts, presentations, and product documentation
• Monitor trends and regulatory developments in digital health, medication management, pharmacy processes, and medication therapy safety

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in Pharmacy, Human Medicine, Medical Informatics, Health Informatics, Digital Health, or a comparable program with healthcare digitalization focus
• Alternatively, completed training as a registered nurse, emergency medical technician, surgical technician (OTA), or pharmaceutical-technical assistant (PTA) and currently studying in a health-related field
• Strong interest in medication therapy safety, medication processes, and healthcare digitalization
• Analytical mindset with enthusiasm for conceptual work
• Excellent German language skills required for this role
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
