About the Role

Your nursing credentials combined with medical reception expertise enable you to navigate complex musculoskeletal specialty workflows with confidence and compassion, serving as a trusted clinical contact for patients navigating chronic pain and rehabilitation.
Your Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume inbound and outbound calls with professional warmth, clarity, and genuine empathy for older patients with musculoskeletal conditions
- Coordinate provider schedules with precision, balancing new consultations, routine follow-ups, urgent adjustments, and procedure preparation
- Execute secure digital patient communication through Spruce and internal team coordination via Google Chat and Google Workspace
- Maintain accurate medical documentation and communication records within eClinicalWorks (eCW)
- Provide specialty care coordination for Workers' Compensation and Personal Injury Protection cases, communicating with patients, attorneys, and case managers
- Build patient relationships through professional service excellence, ensuring each interaction reinforces trust and confidence in our practice
What We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse license with minimum 3 years direct clinical experience and at least 2 years Virtual Assistant or Medical Receptionist experience supporting U.S.-based practices
- Direct experience working in Pain Management, Orthopedics, Spine, Chiropractic, Physical Medicine, or related musculoskeletal specialties
- Near-native English fluency (C1 proficiency minimum) with clear pronunciation and minimal accent suited to clear communication with mature adult patients
- Hands-on experience with eClinicalWorks (eCW) required; familiarity with Spruce and Google Workspace preferred
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) with ability to maintain focused, uninterrupted patient communications from a quiet professional setting
- Practical understanding of Workers' Compensation and PIP processes is highly desirable
