About This Position

This role focuses on developing architectural documentation for UK-based residential and commercial projects. Based in the Philippines, you'll work with UK clients and design teams to transform project requirements into detailed, professionally executed drawings. Your responsibilities span the complete planning documentation lifecycle, from initial floor plan concepts through detailed elevation layouts and technical sections. You'll maintain consistent communication with UK stakeholders and ensure every deliverable adheres to UK planning regulations and building standards.

Core Duties

• Produce architectural floor plans, elevation drawings, sections, and detail drawings for UK planning submissions
• Design spatial layouts that optimize functionality while preserving aesthetic integrity
• Engage directly with UK-based clients through email correspondence and video consultations
• Verify all drawings comply with current UK building regulations, planning policy, and design guidelines
• Develop technical documentation and rendered visualizations for client reviews and presentations
• Coordinate with structural engineers, MEP specialists, and other design professionals to achieve holistic project outcomes

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or recognized equivalent qualification
• Minimum three years' professional experience in architectural planning, floor plan design, and elevation layout
• Proven track record working with UK-based firms or serving UK clients
• Advanced proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and visualization software such as Lumion or V-Ray
• Deep knowledge of UK building codes, planning regulations, and spatial design standards
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities with proven capacity for independent, self-directed work
• Professional portfolio demonstrating completed UK-based planning drawings and elevation layouts
