About the Role

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you'll translate organizational needs into robust Salesforce solutions spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and quote-to-cash processes. Your expertise will guide customers through every phase of implementation—from initial requirements gathering through go-live—while collaborating closely with architects, developers, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

What You'll Do

• Elicit, analyze, and comprehensively document business requirements, use cases, and operational processes
• Perform hands-on configuration activities within Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments
• Conduct requirements workshops and design reviews with customers and internal teams
• Serve as the primary project contact, coordinating between onsite teams, offshore resources, and customers
• Guide customers through quote-to-cash implementation, including sales processes, product modeling, pricing strategies, and renewal workflows
• Deliver solution demonstrations highlighting implemented functionality and business value
• Oversee quality assurance execution, user acceptance testing, and go-live coordination activities

Qualifications

• Proven functional expertise configuring Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Direct experience implementing quote-to-cash processes, including sales operations, product configuration, pricing models, and order management
• Hands-on background with Salesforce CPQ or comparable enterprise quote-configuration platforms
• Strong command of Salesforce platform capabilities and configuration frameworks
• Excellent communication skills across technical and business audiences
• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities
• Working computer and reliable high-speed internet connection for daily operations
• Bonus: experience with additional CPQ tools such as Oracle CPQ, Calliduscloud, or custom enterprise solutions
