Community Manager – Remote/Worldwide

About the Role

Pro Coffee Gear is an expanding e-commerce business dedicated to delivering premium espresso equipment and accessories to coffee lovers globally. We've built our reputation on quality products and outstanding customer experiences, and we're seeking a talented Community Manager to amplify our brand voice across social platforms. You'll combine strategic thinking with creative execution, developing and implementing campaigns that resonate with our audience while maintaining our visual identity and brand values.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other emerging platforms, with a focus on engaging storytelling and entertainment value
• Execute comprehensive photo editing and maintain consistent aesthetic standards across all social channels
• Oversee day-to-day management of Pro Coffee Gear's social media accounts and foster meaningful interactions with our community members
• Partner with our Meta advertising agency to coordinate campaigns and ensure alignment between organic and paid initiatives
• Design and execute monthly content strategy plans, including editorial calendars and posting schedules
• Analyze performance data, track engagement metrics, and refine content approach based on what resonates with our audience

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts and creating original content
• Proficiency in professional video editing platforms such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or equivalent software
• Demonstrated skill in photo retouching and design work using tools like Photoshop, Lightroom, or Canva
• Hands-on experience with social management platforms and the Meta Business Suite
• Fluent written and verbal English communication
• Portfolio or work samples that demonstrate your video production, photography, and community-building capabilities
• Availability to align with US Central Time business hours
