About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential media and events organization in London that is seeking a talented UX Designer to join their growing team. Our client operates in the professional services sector, connecting industry leaders through conferences and digital platforms.
This is an onsite position based in central London, working Monday to Friday in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You'll be responsible for design and creative output across multiple brand channels, working closely with marketing and content teams to deliver high-quality visual work including banner ads, social media content, email designs, illustrations, and animations.
Responsibilities
- Create design work based on briefs from the marketing team
- Ensure brand consistency across all brand channels and touchpoints
- Produce visual content including banner ads, social media posts, email marketing designs, illustrations, and animations
- Collaborate with marketing and content teams to deliver exceptional creative work
- Manage and balance multiple projects simultaneously
- Maintain quality standards for email marketing campaigns and website updates
- Approach design briefs with a conceptual, strategic mindset
What We're Looking For
- Comprehensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong visual, interactive, and graphic design skills
- Ability to work conceptually and strategically on design briefs
- Experience balancing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Passion and curiosity about the latest design innovations and trends
- Eagerness to learn new tools and techniques and share knowledge with the team
- HTML and CSS knowledge (advantageous)
- Agency experience (advantageous)
- Strong communication skills with attention to detail
- Driven, ownership-oriented mindset
- Problem-solving abilities and capacity to work calmly under pressure
