Talent Acquisition Specialist at CFO Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing professional events and media organization in London, and we're seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will:

• Coordinate recruitment strategy sessions and candidate meetings with senior leadership
• Identify and engage potential candidates through proactive outreach
• Manage the first stage of the recruitment process, including CV screening and initial candidate assessment
• Take ownership of the recruitment software platform (Greenhouse), including updating job postings, refreshing job descriptions to attract top talent, and maintaining system integrations
• Report to senior recruitment leadership and work closely with executive management on hiring strategy
• Support the team in building a high-performing recruitment function from the ground up

What We're Looking For

Our client is seeking someone who:

• Holds a bachelor's or master's degree with strong academic results
• Has the right to work in the UK without sponsorship
• Possesses a natural ability to connect with people and make candidates feel comfortable throughout the recruitment process
• Takes ownership of their work, demonstrates proactive initiative, and consistently follows through on commitments
• Has a genuine curiosity about people and a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally
• Thrives in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments where results are tangible and directly impact the business
• No prior recruitment experience is required—comprehensive training will be provided

This is a 12-month position with potential for conversion to a permanent role within recruitment or other departments based on performance and business needs. The position is onsite Monday to Friday at offices near Buckingham Gate in London, with a flexible start date.
