Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential professional events organization seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to join their London team. In this role, you will take full ownership of the recruitment function and work directly with senior leadership on talent strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Managing end-to-end recruitment processes including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment design, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
- Building employer brand initiatives to attract both active and passive candidates
- Developing and automating recruiting processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
- Collaborating with management to enhance onboarding programs
- Engaging with candidates across all seniority levels, from entry-level professionals to senior executives

- Drive to learn and develop expertise in talent acquisition (prior HR, marketing, or sales experience welcomed but not required)
This is an onsite position Monday to Friday at the client's London offices near Buckingham Gate. The start date is flexible.
