Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential B2B media organization seeking a Chief Commercial Officer to lead their marketing and commercial strategy in London. This role centers on:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and handle recruitment and onboarding.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and digital platforms.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the company's overall objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Travel to conferences and events to represent the organization and build relationships with industry leaders.

What We're Looking For
