Head of Talent Acquisition at CFO Insights

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential media organization seeking a Head of Talent Acquisition based in London. In this role, you will own the full recruitment lifecycle and work closely with senior leadership to build a high-performing team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Taking ownership of all aspects of the recruitment process, including role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, creating interview scripts, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive talent through creative sourcing strategies
• Owning the execution and continuous improvement of recruiting processes, including automation initiatives
• Collaborating with management to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires
• Working directly with the CEO on overall recruiting strategy and execution

• UK work permit required

• Willingness to work on-site Monday through Friday from a London office near Victoria Station (no remote work)
