Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization seeking a Marketing Chief to lead their content and marketing operations in London. In this role, you will take full ownership of marketing strategy and execution, working closely with senior leadership.

Your core responsibilities will include:

• Team Leadership: Manage and mentor the marketing team, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment. Set clear goals and expectations, evaluate team performance regularly, and recruit and onboard new team members.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives. Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
• Campaign Management: Oversee the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, and web platforms.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work with sales, product development, and other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with overall business objectives.

This is an in-person position based at our client's London office near Victoria Station, Monday through Friday. The start date is flexible for the right candidate.
