Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential HR technology community in their search for a Recruitment Director based in London. In this role, you will own the full recruitment cycle and help scale a fast-growing organization. Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing all aspects of the recruitment process: role profiling, candidate sourcing, CV screening, assessment planning, interview scripting, and conducting interviews
• Building a strong employer brand and attracting both active and passive candidates through innovative sourcing strategies
• Developing and automating recruitment processes to improve efficiency and candidate experience
• Enhancing the onboarding process in collaboration with senior management
• Working closely with leadership on recruiting strategy and execution

We are seeking a candidate who takes ownership, demonstrates initiative, and follows through on commitments. You should possess a strong work ethic with a high sense of urgency and a relentless drive to excel. The ideal candidate will be:

• Experienced professional with a proven track record of outstanding performance
• Holder of a valid UK work permit
• Genuinely passionate about understanding people and working in talent acquisition
• Comfortable engaging with candidates at all levels, from entry-level to executive
• Naturally skilled at building rapport and making people feel at ease
• Eager to take on significant responsibility in a fast-paced startup environment
• Humble, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and development

Note: This is an office-based position (Monday-Friday) with no remote work option. The office is located near Victoria Station in London.
