Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential events and media organization seeking a Chief-of-Staff to lead and scale their operations in London. In this role, you will:
- Recruit, build and develop a high-performing team across multiple functions
- Set clear expectations, establish goals, and provide ongoing detailed feedback and performance evaluations
- Execute business strategy at a rapid pace while maintaining operational excellence
- Oversee planning, execution, and completion of conferences within designated timelines and budget constraints
- Assign tasks to team members across departments, monitor progress, and ensure objectives are achieved
- Identify opportunities to expand business with existing clients and collaborate with business development teams for new client acquisition
- Build an ecosystem and deliver outstanding products for professional audiences
- Develop brand positioning as a leading resource for industry professionals
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience from a high-performance environment such as management consulting, investment banking, top-tier corporate, or start-up
- Bachelor's degree with outstanding results; MBA is a plus
- Strong commercial awareness and a passion for business
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of delivering results in fast-paced settings
- UK, EU, or US work permit required
- Strong leadership skills and ability to inspire and manage teams
- Thrives in entrepreneurial environments and comfortable with rapid scaling
