Transaction Services – Senior Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential advisory firm in Paris that specializes in financial and operational consulting. Our client is seeking a Senior Manager for Transaction Services to join their growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on high-stakes financial due diligence engagements across France and international markets.

As Senior Manager, you will lead financial due diligence projects for both corporate clients and private equity funds. Your work will focus on analyzing historical performance, cash generation, and business plan assumptions to support critical investment decisions. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to firm-wide development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for corporate clients and investment funds
• Analyze historical financial performance, cash flow generation, and business plan assumptions
• Tailor analytical approaches to meet specific client needs and support investment decision-making
• Manage engagement teams and ensure delivery of high-quality work products
• Mentor and develop analysts, seniors, and managers within the practice
• Participate in business development activities and contribute to the growth of the practice
• Collaborate on cross-functional initiatives related to firm development
• Work on domestic and international transactions across various industries

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in transaction advisory or financial due diligence
• Degree from a business school (École de commerce) or engineering school (École d'Ingénieur)
• Strong command of both written and spoken English
• Proven track record delivering financial due diligence projects
• Entrepreneurial mindset with motivation to contribute to business development
• Experience working with corporate clients and investment funds
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Excellent client management and communication abilities
• Team leadership and mentoring experience
• Ability to adapt analytical approaches to diverse client needs
