Testing a Financial App for Italian Business Owners

Overview

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential quality assurance platform seeking Italian business owners to participate in user experience testing for a major payment processing application. This short-term freelance opportunity allows you to contribute valuable feedback while working remotely on your own schedule.

We are specifically seeking individuals who own Limited Companies (Società a Responsabilità Limitata - S.R.L. / S.R.L.S.) in Italy and are native Italian speakers. You'll evaluate the business account creation process as a first-time user and document your experience to help improve the platform for business owners across Italy.

Responsibilities

• Complete platform registration and onboarding training (approximately 30 minutes)
• Test the business account creation flow for a payment platform using your registered Italian Limited Company
• Document any issues, bugs, or friction points encountered during the user journey
• Provide honest feedback about your experience as a new business user
• Use provided defect tracking tools to record findings
• Complete functional testing tasks within the allocated timeframe (approximately 2 hours)

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Currently located in Italy
• Owner of a registered Limited Company (S.R.L. or S.R.L.S.) in Italy
• Fluent in Italian
• Your Limited Company must NOT have an existing account with the payment platform being tested (personal accounts are acceptable)
• Access to iOS device (iPhone or iPad), Android device (tablet or phone), and laptop/desktop computer
• Availability for initial 30-minute setup plus 2-hour testing session
• Software testing experience is a plus but not required—training materials will be provided

This is a short-term freelance engagement with a regular weekly cadence and potential for additional ad-hoc testing requests. You'll have complete flexibility to work remotely from anywhere in Italy and create your own schedule around the testing windows.

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: 30 USD per hour. You will be compensated for all testing time, including setup and the actual testing session, regardless of how many issues you identify. Payment is processed weekly.
