Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers with precision and efficiency
• Provide outstanding customer service by greeting, assisting, and addressing customer inquiries
• Verify customer identity, authenticate transactions, and follow compliance and security protocols
• Maintain accurate records of all transactions and reconcile cash and check drawers
• Cross-sell banking products and services while building lasting customer relationships
• Assist with branch operations, including opening and closing procedures

Skills & Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong mathematical and attention-to-detail skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
