Responsibilities
Working within the production team, you will assemble and wire electronic components for embedded defense systems. You will handle preparation, fabrication, and verification of harnesses and electronic sub-assemblies, ensuring quality and reliability of all deliverables.
Electronic Assembly
- Perform manual soldering operations on electronic boards, connectors, and terminal blocks
- Prepare and assemble cable harnesses according to drawings, lengths, and technical specifications
- Execute crimping operations on contacts and connectors to quality standards
- Assemble electrical sub-assemblies and complete equipment wiring
Fabrication & Technical Precision
- Read and interpret electrical schematics, technical drawings, and bills of materials
- Fabricate or adapt small tooling and jigs to improve repeatability and assembly quality
- Install and connect electrical and electronic components
Quality Control
- Verify conformity of completed wiring against drawings
- Perform functional testing and conformity checks
- Maintain reporting of completed operations and flag any anomalies
What We're Looking For
- Mastery of manual electronic soldering techniques
- Ability to read electrical drawings and schematics
- Knowledge of electrotechnical principles
- Proficiency with cutting, stripping, crimping, and measurement tools (multimeter, etc.)
- Rigorous attention to detail and precision
- Strong sense of quality and accuracy
- Autonomous work ethic
- Team-oriented mindset
