Client Enablement & Coaching Lead

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy technology client seeking a Client Enablement & Coaching Lead based in Paris, France. This role sits at the intersection of operations transformation, change management, and client consulting within the rapidly evolving energy sector.

You will guide enterprise clients through operational transformations, embedding new operating models and ensuring long-term sustainability. This is a hands-on, consultative position requiring both strategic thinking and tactical execution across complex, multi-stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements throughout transformation programs, providing consultative guidance and fostering early ownership of operational changes
• Establish trusted advisor relationships with senior leadership teams, shaping strategic decisions and unblocking initiatives
• Mobilize internal change management teams and early adopter groups within client organizations
• Define and track program milestones across leadership development and skills-based learning initiatives
• Partner with technical teams to ensure operational and technical migrations proceed in alignment
• Mentor and coach client transformation offices and internal teams to enable self-sufficiency
• Utilize analytical skills to anticipate challenges, identify risks through data analysis, and implement corrective actions
• Collaborate across HR, data, marketing, and technical functions to align program delivery with client expectations
• Drive cultural and operational change using human-centered design principles and agile methodologies
• Champion sustainable operating model adoption across both commercial & industrial and consumer-facing functions
• Stay current on platform features and ensure clients are trained on new functionality

What We're Looking For

Essential Skills & Experience:

• Exceptional project management capabilities across multiple clients and fast-paced timelines
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify patterns, and proactively solve problems
• Proven influencing skills at executive level, driving adoption of new methodologies with senior leaders
• Change management expertise using agile methodologies
• Track record of building high-performing teams, either internally or with external clients
• Experience with both commercial & industrial and consumer-facing operations
• Exposure to outsourcing models (BPOs) and managing these relationships effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to explain complex concepts to varied audiences
• Fluent English and French required
• Growth mindset with demonstrated ability to "make things happen"
• Comfortable bridging operations and technical conversations

Work Requirements:

• Ability to travel across European countries as needed
• Must have right to work in France at time of application; visa sponsorship not available
• Flexibility to adapt quickly to varying client needs and environments
