Client Delivery Lead (Energy markets experience)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential energy technology organization that is transforming how utilities operate across Europe. Our client is seeking a Client Delivery Lead with energy markets experience to join their Paris team. This role sits at the intersection of product, technology, and client operations—driving innovative solutions for complex energy challenges.

As the Client Delivery Lead, you will own the product roadmap for operational systems, working directly with both internal technology teams and client stakeholders. You'll identify opportunities to leverage existing platform capabilities while innovating new solutions that improve customer experiences in the energy sector.

Responsibilities

• Define and manage the operations product roadmap in partnership with technology and client business teams
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client counterparts on technical development and issue resolution
• Triage incoming client requests and communicate priorities across development domains
• Identify new ideas and technologies to enhance product capabilities
• Define MVP and test-and-learn approaches for new product features
• Support engineering teams throughout the product delivery lifecycle
• Manage complex delivery pipelines across multiple customer journeys and user types
• Navigate and resolve product-related issues with operational and technical teams
• Continuously review and adapt solutions to evolving customer and business needs

What We're Looking For

• Degree-level education with proven client delivery or product ownership experience
• Previous experience in the electricity or utilities market in France is highly desirable
• Strong agile delivery experience and product management skills
• Experience managing product roadmaps and customer journeys
• Solid understanding of technology platforms and associated trends
• Experience working within the financial industry is a plus
• Track record managing significant complex delivery pipelines for clients
• Fluent in both English and French (additional European languages are a plus)
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
• Strong influencing abilities and willingness to challenge traditional thinking
• Consulting experience is advantageous
• Patient approach—understanding that client transformations take time
• Relentless problem-solving mindset with client-first focus
