Talent Partner – Operations

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is partnering with a confidential fintech organization in London to find an exceptional Talent Partner focused on Operations hiring. This is a strategic role where you'll own end-to-end recruitment for high-volume teams including Complaints, Fraud, Financial Crime, and Customer Operations. During quieter periods, you'll also support hiring across Credit, Growth, and Central Business functions.

Responsibilities

• Own high-volume hiring end-to-end, building scalable processes that maintain pipeline velocity while delivering excellent candidate and hiring manager experiences
• Act as a business partner to leaders, guiding stakeholder conversations and influencing hiring decisions with data, insight, and strategic thinking
• Navigate a fast-paced, scaling environment by adapting recruitment processes as volume and priorities shift
• Take a tech-forward approach using AI and automation to streamline hiring processes and continuously improve efficiency
• Think creatively about sourcing, identifying untapped channels and talent pools to build diverse pipelines
• Apply analytical and strategic thinking to use historical data for forward-planning pipeline needs
• Identify bottlenecks and reshape hiring processes to maintain high conversion efficiency at every stage
• Flex to support hiring needs across other business areas during periods of lower Operations volume

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience hiring for Operations roles or demonstrated track record managing high-volume recruitment
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships and push back constructively when needed to drive positive business outcomes
• Data-driven approach: you leverage analytics to improve hiring daily and are comfortable reporting on process and outcomes
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; you tailor your message to the audience, gain buy-in, and build trust at all levels
• Experience adopting AI into everyday workflows to enhance productivity and candidate experience
• Background working in fast-paced, scale-up organizations with comfort flexing to support areas outside your core remit
• Strategic mindset with ability to spot talent trends and proactively address future hiring needs
• Ability to balance speed with quality in high-volume environments
