Our talent team is representing a confidential clean energy technology company based in London. This organization is scaling rapidly, controlling energy assets across multiple markets and seeking a Biz Ops professional to accelerate their commercial operations.

This is a high-impact role offering significant ownership across diverse business functions. You'll work in a fast-paced environment, moving between market expansion, client success, and growth strategy. The position offers hybrid working (2-3 days per week in a central London office) and the chance to contribute to the energy transition.

Responsibilities

• Research, analyse, and execute market entry strategies for new geographical regions
• Support client onboarding and ongoing success initiatives to maximize software adoption
• Identify and deliver on growth opportunities across new verticals and customer segments
• Process and synthesize technical information to inform strategic decisions
• Work cross-functionally to remove barriers and accelerate commercial objectives

Pay

This role offers competitive compensation including both base salary and equity. The client has indicated total compensation ranging from £75,000 to £200,000 depending on experience and performance.
