About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Finance and Investor Relations Analyst for a fully remote contract position. This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere while contributing to high-impact evaluation and analysis projects.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess financial and investor relations documents to ensure quality, accuracy, and relevance
• Provide structured feedback on materials related to finance and investor communications
• Apply strong analytical skills to evaluation projects with significant business impact
• Collaborate asynchronously with distributed teams to enhance document evaluation processes
• Work independently to meet deadlines while maintaining high standards of document quality

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree (minimum requirement)
• 2+ years of professional experience in finance, investor relations, or related domains
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Demonstrated document analysis and review capabilities
• Exceptional attention to detail with ability to follow structured guidelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in investor relations, investment banking, or financial markets
