Customer Success Manager (m/f/d) – EMEA

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential business intelligence organization with a global footprint. Our client is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join their EMEA team in London. In this role, you will own strategic client relationships across a portfolio of key accounts, driving adoption, retention, and growth within a subscription-based platform environment.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day client relationships across a portfolio of strategic accounts, building trusted partnerships with key stakeholders including research, insights, and strategy teams, progressively engaging at VP and Director level
• Develop deep understanding of each client's business priorities, use cases, and success metrics, proactively connecting platform capabilities to their core challenges
• Maintain current account health visibility across your portfolio, tracking usage trends, stakeholder changes, risk signals, and expansion opportunities
• Serve as primary point of contact throughout the client lifecycle including onboarding, adoption support, value realization, and renewal processes
• Analyze usage data and client outcomes to build compelling renewal and expansion cases
• Partner collaboratively with sales teams to ensure seamless handoffs and effective boundary management between customer success and commercial ownership

What We're Looking For

• 2–4 years of B2B Customer Success experience with demonstrated success managing and growing account portfolios in subscription-based business models
• Proven track record driving platform adoption and demonstrating measurable client value
• Commercial mindset with understanding that customer success functions as a revenue driver
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with ability to cultivate trust across operational and executive stakeholder levels
• Proactive, organized approach to portfolio management with strong record-keeping discipline and renewal pipeline visibility
• Comfort working with data including usage reports, health scores, and account trend analysis to identify risk and opportunity
• Collaborative working style with clear understanding of cross-functional partnership dynamics
